Your account, wallet, and services are managed under these conditions.

By using the platform you accept these rules for hosting, wallet, faucets, marketplace, referrals, and crypto exchange.

1. Permitted use

The service must be used for legitimate projects. Malware, phishing, spam, illegal content, API abuse, harmful automation, or activity that affects infrastructure are not allowed.

2. Credits, wallet, and crypto

Internal credits are used to consume services inside the platform. Crypto operations may include fees, daily limits, and anti-fraud reviews.

3. Exchanges

Exchange quotes are locked for a limited time. If they expire, the system will request a new quote before executing the conversion.

4. Referrals

Rewards are paid when a valid operation is recorded. Fake accounts, self-referrals, abuse, or artificial activity may cancel rewards.

5. Javo-Shares y Javo-Staking

Javo-Shares son participaciones publicitarias internas del ecosistema, no acciones legales de una empresa ni promesas de rendimiento fijo. Javo-Staking reparte porcentajes de comisiones reales cuando existan; cancelar antes del vencimiento aplica penalización y elimina beneficios VIP.

6. Suspension

We may suspend accounts, faucets, API keys, withdrawals, or services when there is abuse, fraud risk, rule violations, or security requirements.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated to reflect product, fee, security, or applicable regulatory changes.
